EVANSTON, Ill. - Women's tennis continued fall action this weekend in split-squad style, with four players competing at the Michigan State Classic in East Lansing and two players heading south to Vanderbilt for the June Stewart Invitational.

In Nashville, Neena Feldman and Autumn Rabjohns faced off with competitors from a number of schools in addition to the hosting Commodores. Feldman excelled in singles play, earning the victory in each of her three matches - one over Ole Miss, and the remaining two over competition from Lipscomb. Rabjohns fell to competitors from Vanderbilt and Kentucky on Friday and Saturday, then beat in-conference foe Ellie Morrow from Purdue on Sunday. Feldman and Rabjohns also picked up a doubles victory Saturday, downing a duo from Ole Miss by a score of 7-5.

Further north, the Wildcats in East Lansing faced off with conference rivals Michigan and Michigan State as well as opponents from Xavier and Notre Dame. The 'Cats picked up three singles victories as a squad on both Friday and Sunday while winning at least one doubles match each of the three days of play.

Kiley Rabjohns had a stand-out weekend in both singles and doubles play, departing with a 6-1 overall record on the weekend. She made quick work of her first two singles opponents, winning both Friday and Saturday's matches in straight sets, then won a comeback victory on Sunday as well to finish off a perfect singles weekend. In doubles action, she went 3-1 with partner Erica Jessel, with their only loss coming 6-3 on Sunday to Michigan State's Morais and Stasny.

The Wildcats will be back in action next weekend as they split to compete in the TCU Jae Foundation Fall Open and the Spartan Invite. Players will begin action at both tournaments on Friday, Nov. 1, and compete until Sunday, Nov. 3.
