Transfer guard Ryan Langborg scored 13 points (6-11 fg) in his Northwestern debut, marking the first Wildcat to score 10+ points and shoot over 50-percent from the field in their debut since Ty Berry and Chase Audige did so against UAPB on Dec. 2, 2020.
Matthew Nicholson stuffed the stat sheet with five points, six rebounds, four assists, four blocks, and three steals, setting career-highs in both blocks and assists.
The Wildcat defense notched 12 steals and nine blocks in the win over Binghamton, marking the first time since at least 2010-11 the team posted at least nine steals and nine blocks in the same game. Sullivan-Ubben Head Men's Basketball Coach Chris Collins improved to 10-1 in season openers.
