EVANSTON, Ill. — Needing two wins in its final three games to earn bowl eligibility for the 13th time in program history, the Northwestern football program will look to get back on track and snap a two-game skid this Saturday when it travels to Purdue for a Big Ten West showdown.
The Wildcats (4-5, 3-3 Big Ten) and Boilermakers (3-6, 1-5 Big Ten) will square off on the Big Ten Network with with Wayne Randazoo and J Leman. As always, the game will also be broadcast on WGN 720 with the voice of the Wildcats Dave Eanet, his partner Ted Albrecth and Adam Hoge on the sideline.

PARKER STEPS IN
Saturday is Purdue's fourth game under interim head coach Gerad Parker and second at home. Parker was named interim head coach Oct. 16 after Darrell Hazell was relieved of his duties
PLAYER TO WATCH
Quarterback David Blough leads the Big Ten in passing yards (2,737), yards per game (304.1) and fourth in the country in completions per game (26.22) Blough ranks second in the conference and 19th nationally with 20 passing touchdowns this season. He is second in the Big Ten in points responsible for (138).
LAST TIME THEY MET
Justin Jackson rushed for 119 yards and the game-winning touchdown, Warren Long added two scores on the ground and Northwestern racked up 250 rushing yards in a 21-14 win. Anthony Walker, Jr., recorded 14 tackles, including two for a loss, and Traveon Henry snagged his second interception in the last four games. After Purdue's opening drive, Northwestern limited the Boilermakers to one touchdown for the rest of the game.
