Zach Wingrove joined the Northwestern athletic communications staff in September of 2019. During his time at Northwestern, he has served as the media relations contact for a number of programs–including football, men's and women's basketball, softball, field hockey, wrestling, and volleyball.
Prior to his current role, Wingrove spent four years working with Northwestern Athletics in both the communications and broadcast operations departments. He has also worked as a media relations associate for the Chicago Cubs throughout the 2018 season, a training camp communications intern for the Houston Texans in 2019 and two years on the digital content team for West Michigan’s NBC affiliate, WOOD TV8.
The Grand Rapids, Mich. native graduated from Northwestern with a Bachelor’s of Science in journalism (’19) and a master’s degree in sport administration (’21).
