TC Hager joined Northwestern Athletics in September of 2022 as an Assistant Director of Events and Facilities Management. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Ryan Fieldhouse/Walter Athletics Center which are home to 11 of Northwestern’s varsity athletic programs. He also assists with facility operations for the rest of Lakeside Campus which includes Patten Gymnasium, Henry Crown Sports Pavilion, Blomquist Recreation Center, and Lakeside Fields. Hager is currently the lead event administrator for Women’s Tennis, Fencing, and Men’s/Women’s Golf, while also assisting with both football and men’s basketball programs. He also manages facility operations on the Lakeside Campus and coordinates rentals in the Walter Athletics Center and Martin Stadium Prior to his current role at Northwestern, Hager spent four years as the Superintendent of Fitness and Recreation at the Rochelle Park District, where he oversaw event management and facility operations for a 90,000 ft2 multipurpose recreation facility. The Rochelle, Ill. native graduated from the University of Iowa (’18) with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Hager received his master’s degree in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University (’19), while working as a Graduate Assistant within the recreation department.
