Tawanda Mwedziwendira joined Northwestern Athletics in May of 2025. He brings extensive experience in premium and group sales across collegiate and professional sports. He began his career with Legends Global Sales at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, focusing on group sales and event execution for major games and experiences.
He later joined Legends College at the University of Kansas, where he was a part of the premium seating process for the renovation of the new David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. In that role, he worked closely with fans and donors to secure long-term seating commitments that supported the future of the program.
Now serving as Premium Sales Manager at Northwestern, Mwedziwendira will focus on the New Ryan Field stadium project, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service and expertise.
Mwedziwendira is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Major in Recreation & Sport Management.
Born in Harare, Zimbabwe and raised in McKinney, Texas, he enjoys golf, watching sports, spending quality time with family and friends, and supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks and Dallas Cowboys.
