Nick Hubbard joined Northwestern in 2022. He is responsible for managing the health care of the football team.
Hubbard is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. He earned his Master’s degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences from the California University of Pennsylvania, and holds an advanced graduate certificate in rehabilitation from A.T. Still University.
Prior to joining Northwestern University athletics, Hubbard worked in the primary care - sports medicine setting with Northwestern University's team physicians. He started his career at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, working primarily with the football and men’s basketball teams, and subsequently worked summer and seasonal internships with the Green Bay Packers. He has additional experience in the orthopedic setting, having worked in multiple surgical practices at Bellin Titletown Sports Medicine and Orthopedics.
Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Hubbard resides in Chicago with his wife, Abby.
