Mason Flick joined the Northwestern Wildcats as Director of Creative Production in August 2022. In this role, Flick oversees all creative elements posted to Northwestern social media accounts.
A native of Jackson, Michigan, Flick graduated from Central Michigan University with both a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast & Cinematic Arts and a masters in Electronic Media Production. While earning his masters, Mason oversaw over 30 broadcasting students and created a feature-length documentary on a high-school football’s historic run of success.
Following his time at Central Michigan, Flick served as the Senior Producer at 12th Man Productions, the in-house production wing of Texas A&M University Athletics. During his 6 years in College Station, Flick was a producer for the Emmy award winning docuseries “The Pulse: Texas A&M Football.” In addition to documentary-style content, Flick also served as a content creator for men’s basketball, swimming & diving, and the 12th Man Foundation.
Mason now resides in Old Town where he spends a majority of his time eating pizza and exploring what the city of Chicago has to offer.
