Jim Meussling joined Northwestern’s staff during the 2022 season as the Assistant Director of Football Operations.
At Northwestern, his responsibilities include collaborating with the football coaching staff and athletic administration to ensure seamless execution of program logistics: including team travel, recruiting support, and player experience initiatives.
Prior to arriving at Northwestern, Meussling served as the Assistant Director of Football Operations at Western Kentucky in 2022. He previously worked as a Football Operations Assistant at Eastern Illinois from 2020 to 2022.
Meussling graduated from Aurora University with a degree in Sports Management, where he was also a member of the Spartan football team.
