Jazmin Bender joined Northwestern Athletics in January 2023. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Creative Video and works primarily with women’s basketball, softball, and volleyball.
Prior to Northwestern, Bender worked for Learfield as the Social Content Specialist at Indiana University. During this time, she also began working with the NFL as a Live Content Correspondent in Indianapolis. She currently continues her work with the NFL in Chicago.
Bender’s career in sports began while she attended Elon University where she worked in both creative video and broadcasting for the athletic department. She has also had stints with the NBA and NBCUniversal.
A native of Mahwah, New Jersey, Bender earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema and Television Arts and Communication Design from Elon University in 2021. She was born in Atlanta.
