Dan Aran joined Northwestern Athletics in September of 2022 and was named Vice President of Premium and Ticket Sales. Aran is responsible for all ticket sales across the department with the focus of driving revenue for existing and new seating and hospitality packages. Alongside overseeing current ticket sales efforts, Aran will oversee the sales and marketing execution of the New Ryan Field project.
Aran joins the Wildcats from the Rose Bowl, where he oversaw the sales and marketing of the Premium Seating department from February 2021 to August 2022. Aran was responsible for over $8M in annual revenue driven by premium ticket sales and led the department to the second highest revenue year in 2021.
Prior to his tenure in Pasadena, Aran held the Manager of Premium Sales role for USC Athletics and the Trojan Athletic Fund from 2018 to 2020 in which he primarily oversaw the sales of the Coliseum Renovation Project. Before moving west in 2017, Aran worked in various sales roles with the Oklahoma City Thunder and University of Oklahoma Athletic department.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Aran attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a business degree in Economics in 2014.
Aran and his wife, April, have a beautiful dog named Lennon.
