Kucherak Invited to 2026 MLB Draft Combine

PHOENIX – INF Ryan Kucherak has been invited to participate in Major League Baseball's Draft Combine from June 23-26 at Chase Field, the league announced.
The 2026 Draft Combine will feature 335 Draft prospects, including 195 collegiate players and 140 high school athletes, as well as a decorated group of former Major League players and coaches, members of Club baseball operations departments, scouting directors and other Club personnel.
MLB Network will have exclusive coverage live from Chase Field on Tuesday, June 23rd, beginning at 12 p.m. ET. Interviews with players and Club personnel will be featured as part of the coverage, which will also be streamed live on MLB.TV, MLB.com and in the MLB App. In addition to MLB Network's coverage on June 23rd, the Draft Combine workouts on June 24th will be streamed across MLB's digital platforms.
Kucherak earned All-Big Ten honors after a standout junior season in Evanston. The Chandler, Ariz., product led all Wildcats in walks (27) and ranked second on the team in batting average (.295), doubles (13) and RBI (39).
With 10 home runs in 2026, Kucherak's career home run count rose to 28, which is tied for fifth in NU program history after just two years at Northwestern. Kucherak is the first Wildcat to record double-digit home runs in consecutive seasons since Stephen Hrustich did so in 2021-22.
The 2026 MLB Draft is scheduled for July 11-12 in Philadelphia.
