EVANSTON, Ill. – No. 3 Northwestern (3-1) is set to host No. 25 Colorado (0-2) on Friday, Feb. 21, at 6 p.m. CT inside Ryan Fieldhouse. The game will stream live on B1G+ and serve as a "Purple Out" for fans in attendance. Tickets are available here.

The Wildcats enter the matchup coming off a dominant 22-5 victory over Niagara on Tuesday afternoon. Thirteen different Wildcats found the back of the net in the win, led by junior Madison Taylor, who tied her career high with six goals—all in the first half. Sophomore Taylor Lapointe recorded her first career hat trick, adding another offensive spark for Northwestern.

Friday's game marks the sixth all-time meeting between Northwestern and Colorado. The Wildcats took last year's contest in Boulder, earning a 19-14 win behind Taylor's career-best six goals and one assist. Historically, Northwestern has controlled the series, holding a 4-1 advantage overall and a perfect 3-0 record at home.

Colorado enters Friday's matchup looking for its first win of the season after dropping games to then-No. 15 Stanford and then-No. 24 USC on the road. The Buffaloes jumped out to a strong start against Stanford, leading by as many as five goals in the first half, but were unable to hold on, ultimately falling 15-10. Against USC, they struggled early, allowing six unanswered goals in the first half and suffering a 15-6 loss.

Northwestern has continued to dominate in key statistical categories early in the season. The Wildcats rank third in the nation in draw controls per game (19.75) and have been led offensively by Madison Taylor, who continues to establish herself as one of the top scorers in the country. The Wantagh, N.Y., native leads the nation in goals (20) and points (28) through four games while also ranking first in free-position goals per game (2.0).

Opening draw is set for 6 p.m. CT inside Ryan Fieldhouse. Fans can purchase tickets here.
