Wildcats Set to Play Notre Dame in South Bend on Tuesday

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern is set to play its final road midweek game of the season on Tuesday as NU travels to South Bend, Indiana, to play Notre Dame.
The contest will be the first of two between the Wildcats and the Fighting Irish this season. The game will be the 135th between NU and ND all-time.
Northwestern is led by the Big Ten's leader in batting average (.383) and on-base percentage (.487), Jack Dunn. Two other Wildcats are in the top-15 in batting average in the Conference so far, David Dunn (9th; .328) and Alex Erro (12th; .323).
Overall, the Wildcats have won 10 of their last 13 games and have gone 4-1 in midweek competitions.
After the game against Notre Dame, Northwestern will travel to Ann Arbor to play Michigan for a three-game set, starting on April 19.
