Andrew Cass joined Northwestern Athletics in August 2021. He serves as the marketing manager for Volleyball, Men's Basketball, and Lacrosse.

Prior to Northwestern, Cass served as a graduate assistant for external affairs with Fairleigh Dickinson Athletics (2019-21) where he oversaw the marketing and promotions efforts for all 20 varsity programs. Cass also managed mascot appearances, community relations events, and campus initiatives, including spearheading the uKnighted Friday promotion and other grassroot marketing blitzes. Cass also had stops at the Chicago Fire (2018), Oklahoma City Thunder (2018-19), and the Washington Commanders (2017).
 
Cass attended the University of Oklahoma, where he worked as an event management associate from 2015-19 for the Athletic Department, assisting facilities, customer relations, communications, and other departments with gameday logistics and support. While at OU, Cass served as the Philanthropy Chairman (2015-16) and President (2016-17) of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, raising over $18,000 for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Cass was also on the executive committee for OU’s Dance Marathon, Soonerthon (2014-18), which raised upwards of $2 million for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Network during his service.
 
Cass graduated from Oklahoma in 2019 with an undergraduate degree in public relations and a minor in nonprofit studies. He later graduated with a master’s degree in sports administration from Fairleigh Dickinson in 2021.
 
Cass is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and currently resides in Chicago, Ill.
