Alec Kass was elevated to a strength and conditioning assistant with Northwestern football in January 2026 after nearly two years as a performance science intern.
Kass previously served as a strength and conditioning consultant at Hatch Valley High School in New Mexico. He held strength and conditioning internships at the University of Tennessee and the University of South Carolina.
In 2021, Kass graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in integrative physiology. Kass received a master’s degree in exercise science from South Carolina in 2023.
