  • Completed 13-of-18 passes (72.2%) for 131 yards and two touchdowns in his first start of the season against Howard, also added 38 yards and a touchdown on the ground (10/7) … His 35-yard rushing touchdown on the opening drive marked the longest rush of his career and the longest rush by a Northwestern quarterback since Clayton Thorson’s 42-yard rush on Sept. 24, 2016 against Nebraska … Recorded his second career game of multiple passing touchdowns and his first career game accounting for three touchdowns.

  • Made his collegiate debut against Wisconsin, completing 11-of-17 passes for 114 yards and a touchdown, along with 33 yards rushing (10/8)
  • Linked up with Anthony Tyus III for his first career passing touchdown, a 1-yard pass, in the third quarter
  • His 114 passing yards were the most by a Northwestern quarterback making their collegiate debut since Brett Basanez totaled 158 yards against Air Force in 2002
  • Became the first Northwestern quarterback to throw a touchdown in their collegiate debut since Trevor Siemian against Eastern Illinois in 2011
  • Made his first career start and completed 18-of-24 passes for 143 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions, along with 53 yards on the ground and a rushing score against Maryland (10/22)
