Vision:
The vision of the First-Year Experience (FYE) is to provide our first-year students with the knowledge and resources necessary to successfully navigate life as a Northwestern student-athlete.
Mission:
The mission of the First-Year Experience (FYE) is to provide programing for our first-year student-athletes that assist them in navigating the transition from high school to college.Through a series of educational workshops students will be supplied with the knowledge needed and resources available, to assist in acclimating to life as a Northwestern student-athlete.Topics covered in these workshops have been identified of highest priority for incoming college student-athletes and are based on current campus climate, previous feedback and national trends in the field of student-athlete development.
