Joseph W. Ruklick (Basketball, 1957-59)
Ruklick was named an All-American as center in 1957. He continues to hold or rank at the top of many rebound records for single game and career, and he led Northwestern in rebounding and scoring for three consecutive years. He finished with career averages of 19.7 points and 13.1 rebounds per game.
Ruklick was drafted eleventh overall by the Philadelphia Warriors in the 1959 NBA Draft, and he played behind Wilt Chamberlain on the Warriors for two years. He is famous for giving the final assist to Chamberlain in the latter's 100-point game in the game's final minute.
