CANCELLED: Annual Community Movie Night Returns, with New Location, on August 1

Update (July 30, 2024): Due to predicted weather conditions on August 1, this event has been cancelled.
Northwestern Athletics and Recreation and Northwestern University's Office of Neighborhood and Community Relations invite guests to attend a free showing of Trolls Band Together on August 1 as part of their annual Community Movie Night. This event, typically held at Ryan Field, will be held at Deering Meadow (1937 Sheridan Road).
Gates open at 5 p.m., with the screening of Trolls Band Together beginning at 6 p.m. Admission to the event is free, and parking is free on campus after 4:00 p.m. The South Campus Parking Garage is located at 1841 Sheridan Road, and additional parking is available in university flat lots where not otherwise reserved.
A raffle will be available at the event which will include men's basketball tickets, volleyball tickets, autographed items, and additional prizes from Northwestern Athletics partner organizations.
Seating for the event will be available on Deering Meadow. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and pillows for seating. In addition, guests may bring food and drinks to enjoy during the event. However, items not permitted include alcohol, food preparation equipment (e.g., grills), glassware, and thermoses. Light refreshments will be provided to all attendees.
