EVANSTON, Ill. – The David G. Kabiller NU for Life Program has announced six sophomore student-athletes as recipients of the 2022 Immersion, Mentorship and Actualization Program (I-MAP) Award.

The 2022 I-MAP Award winners and their field of interests are Hannah Johnson (Women's Lacrosse, Special Olympics), Jasmine McWilliams (Women's Basketball, Law & Communications), Annabel Skubisz (Field Hockey, The Energy Industry), Will Halkyard (Football, Sports Finance and Administration), Katherine Hessler (Women's Cross Country, Criminal Justice & Law), and Jordan Carr (Field Hockey, Publishing).

Each student-athlete will be paired with a mentor in their field of interest in the industry and allow them to gain first-hand experience while expanding their personal and professional network during a three-to-five-day immersion program. This year's I-MAP class, representing five different teams, will complete their experiences over the next calendar year and will work directly with the Kabiller NU for Life team.

"The opportunity to assist our student-athletes in creating world-class life changing experiences is why we do what we do," said Ahmad Boyd, assistant director of the David G. Kabiller NU for Life Program.

I-MAP was designed in 2017 with the support of Kellogg School of Management alumnus, Michael Price, to foster connections between current student-athletes, Northwestern alumni, and supporters of Northwestern Athletics around the world through the help of the David G. Kabiller NU for Life Program. These resources are available to student-athletes the moment they arrive on campus and remain with them as they navigate their careers. In its fifth year of programming, the I-MAP experience continues to foster transformational experience for NU student-athletes to help them prepare for life-long careers.
