Women's Lacrosse Goes 3-0 at Illinois Playday

EVANSTON, Ill. - The Northwestern women's lacrosse team won all three of its games Sunday at the Illinois Playday. The Wildcats downed the host Fighting Illini, 11-1, then disposed of Chicago (12-2) and Truman State (12-1). With the wins, the Wildcats are now 15-1 for the regular season.
Northwestern now heads to the Women's Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL) playoffs this weekend. The event will be hosted by Toledo.
